Yes - but how?

Design: We carefully design each bush to meet your vehicle's specification and requirements. More about this is to be found in the vehicle section of the web-site.

Polyurethane: We manufacture our bushes in house using the best hot cured T.D.I and M.D.I industrial grade polyurethane elastomers.

Choice of Grades: We offer four grades of Polybush which are detailed below. If you have any doubts or concerns which is right for you, please call on the numbers at the top of the page, e-mail us or contact one of our ditributors. What is The Right Bush For You?

Depending on what you do with your vehicle depends on the type of Polybush you should have.

Polybush Classic

Land RoverBushes

Whether you do a lot of fast road work, towing, quarrying or driving along dirt tracks, this is the bush for you - with the hardness of this bush, it stiffens up your suspension giving you excellent handling, durability of polyurethane and ease of fitting.

Polybush Comfort

If you are keen on off roading or going on safari, this bush will suit you down to the ground, giving more shock absorption when taking your vehicle to beyond its limits. But also giving that factory fresh feel for those of you who don't want to change the way your vehicle rides, along with the benefits of Polybush Classic.

Polybush Dynamic

Bushes

Leaf sprung suspension is different to coil sprung suspension - obvious, right? So we decided to investigate - could we make a better bush than our existing version?

The answer is yes - compared to the big, meaty bushes found on coil sprung vehicles, leaf spring bushes are relatively thin, and small, even though they have the same heavy axles to hold in place, both front to rear, and side to side.

So, for durability, you need high tear resistance and the ability to withstand the slicing action of the spring as it twists together with the usual polyurethane benefits of long life, resistance to oils and fluids, and good shock absorbing properties.

Polybush Dynamic gives you all this, and is proven in similar applications in non stop commercial fleet operation (where it has demonstrated a 6 fold durability compared to standard bushes).

The revised tubes supplied with Polybush Dynamic are carefully tailored to make installation even easier.
