The Company

Polybush is wholly owned by Bonaprene Products a family business employing 52 people at our site on Wrexham Industrial Estate. Polybush is a team of 7 people working in a new, purpose-built open plan office.

As leading design and manufacturer of aftermarket suspension components, Polybush work across five different market sectors.  Our customers range from o.e. manufactures and national distributors to smaller independent retailers, garages and the general public.  

The Role

The management of a team of six people within the Polybush department.

With responsibility for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office, you will need to be proactively involved and prepared to assist in all departments when necessary.

Maintain a focused approach to achieve our expected monthly sales budget and control our monthly marketing spend. 

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key account customers.

Chair weekly sales and marketing meetings to ensure a focused approach from all Polybush departments in attaining our customer objectives and increasing sales.

Ensure good customer contact is maintained by staff and sufficient field sales visits are made.

Oversee, monitor and constantly review both our design and marketing activities to ensure they meet our planned objectives.

Help in the preparation of and attend trade shows to promote the Polybush Brand.

Attend weekly production meeting to ensure a continual product supply of both current and new products.

Oversee all processes of customer queries, complaints and email questions ensuring they are answered efficiently and professionally by staff.

Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to and our CRM system is kept up to date.

Monitor weekly sales to report progress to the Sales Manager.

Report to and work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure customer expectations are met.

What you have to offer

Proven sales office management experience in a busy environment.

Display problem solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to follow an issue through to its logical conclusion.

A high level of flexibility and adaptability are required to cover the diverse duties under this role.

You are driven and prepared to go the extra mile to motivate your team and help them succeed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable effective relationships with customers and colleagues.

You have an understanding of overall business needs and the ability to communicate them to the team and management.

You have a sound working knowledge of Sage line 50 accounts or similar along with good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Sales CRM systems.

You are proactive and self-motivated with a natural instinct to obtain the sale and attention to detail is important to you.

You lead from the front, responding to people promptly and in a professional manner.

You can contribute to long-term business growth and development.

What’s in it for you?      

Competitive Salary (Dependant on experience)

20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 23 days with service)

The post holder will also be eligible for the annual Company bonus scheme (after qualifying period)and Company pension scheme.


20 days holiday per annum (increasing to 23 days with service) plus statutory Holidays.

Holidays are earned at 1.67 days per month in the first year.

Three (or four, if applicable) days of your entitlement must be saved for the Christmas shutdown.

4 or 5 days for one of the spring or summer shutdowns.

Holidays from your entitlement must be kept back for these dates.


Salaries are paid monthly in the last week of the month.

Payment is direct into the employee’s account.

SSP is paid during sickness.

Hours of Work

Monday – Thursday 8.30 am – 5 pm

Friday – 8.30 am – 4.30pm

30-minute lunch break

8 weekend days per annum to be spent at Trade shows.
