Our Comfort grade bushes are designed to enhance ride quality and minimise road noise, making them ideal for everyday driving. Comfort bushes maintain a balance between originality and ease of driving, catering to those who value a relaxed Factory-Fresh drive.
The Dynamic grade bushes offer a middle ground between Comfort and Performance. They are slightly firmer than the Comfort bushes, which improves handling and cornering response without sacrificing too much ride comfort. These bushes are ideal for drivers who enjoy a more engaging driving experience while still needing a level of comfort for daily use, whilst also being suitable for spirited driving & light track use.
Performance grade bushes are the stiffest of the three, designed for enthusiasts who demand the utmost in handling and control. They offer minimal deflection, enhancing vehicle response and stability during aggressive driving. These bushes are perfect for high-performance or track vehicles where precision and handling are critical. While they might sacrifice some ride comfort, they deliver superior driving dynamics and control, ideal for those who push their vehicle to its limits – Including Towing!
These rods are produced in 90 Shore A which allows them to be machined on a lathe.

The first-generation Skoda Fabia (6Y) built its reputation on being tough, roomy and cheap to run, and plenty are still working hard as superminis, Combi estates and even hot vRS models. After up to twenty-five years, though, the rubber suspension bushes have gone hard and cracked, so a 6Y Fabia tends to clonk over bumps, tramline and feel woolly through corners.
The front lower control arms carry a front and a rear bush pressed into the arm, and these wear first, blurring the steering and knocking over potholes. The front anti-roll bar bushes are a very common failure on these cars and are exactly what owners search for when the front end starts to roll and rattle. At the back, the torsion beam axle mounts to the body through large bushes that perish and let the rear wander. This platform is shared with the VW Polo 9N and Seat Ibiza 6L, so the wear pattern is well known.
Our polyurethane bushes for the Skoda Fabia Mk1, vRS included, tighten the steering, kill the clonks and hold the rear axle in line, resisting the salt and grime that rot rubber. The range continues with the later Fabia Mk2 and the roomier Roomster, or browse the full Skoda range.
