At Polybush, we’ve always prided ourselves on delivering high-quality, precision-engineered polyurethane bushes for a wide range of vehicles, from classic cars to modern performance models. But every now and then, a project comes along that requires something a little more bespoke.
Earlier this year, RETROPOWER reached out to us with an exciting request. They needed special bushes for a unique project—something that could handle a significant horsepower increase, while also improving overall ride comfort.
Working closely with their team, we re-engineered one of our standard suspension bushes, adjusting the shore hardness to provide just the right balance between comfort and stability. The result? A tailor-made solution that perfectly matched their high-performance needs.
Though custom manufacturing isn’t something we do every day, our UK-based production capabilities allow us to take on special projects like this when the minimum order is met.
