General

Here at Polybush, we’re thrilled to announce our collaboration with Practical Classics in the ongoing restoration of a remarkable barn-find 1968 Mini MkII Countryman at the Restoration Show.

As classic car enthusiasts, we understand the dedication and passion that goes into reviving these iconic vehicles, which is why we’re excited to be a part of this journey. You may have caught wind of this project in the pages of Practical Classics magazine, featuring in the Staff-Car Sagas section. The spotlight is on this vintage gem as it undergoes a meticulous transformation, set to take centre stage at the Practical Classics Classic Car and Restoration Show at the NEC in March.

As welding nears completion and the car eagerly awaits its fresh coat of paint, the attention has turned to the crucial aspect of suspension rebuilding and subframe restoration.
This is where Polybush steps in! We’ve been approached by Practical Classics a long-term friend to provide our top-quality bushes for Matt’s Mini MkII Countryman, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of this journey.

Stay tuned for comprehensive coverage of the mechanical aspects of the build, as well as an in-depth show report in the upcoming March and/or April editions of the magazine.
