We’re thrilled to announce the release of our high-performance polyurethane suspension bushes for a wide range of vehicles, including:
These bushes include the 40DE and 40DG, which replace the main failure parts (OE References: 1865033, 1865034 for 40DE and 31387282, 31406349 for 40DG).
But we didn’t stop there — our commitment to quality, comfort and the reduction of tyre wear led us to develop a complete solution for the rear suspension system.
During our rigorous testing and development process, we discovered that installing the 40DE or 40DG bushes often required removing the rear toe arm. Unfortunately, those bolts were frequently seized into the bush, which meant cutting them off and replacing the 40DK bush and bolts before reassembly.
To ensure proper alignment, it’s essential to address the camber of the rear suspension. That’s why we’ve also manufactured:
